| fairy cakes down here are like round round sponge cakes with a butterfly wing type things on the top with a dollop of cream/icing suger to hold them in place lol... or their plain...and sometimes with a little coloured icing suger on top.. The ones with the cream/jam/fillings inside are just called iced buns/eclaires etc dependin on the filling lol.. |
