Chocolate Pecan Brownie Pie
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
pinch of salt
1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
In a large mixing bowl combine: eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Stir in chopped pecans. Spoon into buttered pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Pie settles like meringue as it cools, serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream on top.
